My dogs are widely known as a result of their gentle, calm, and attentive behavior they display while attending events and providing community services throughout the area. The Rottweiler you see in this picture is one of my personal dogs, Rocky. Whether we are visiting a veteran’s hospital, attending Sunday mass, at the drag races, or attending a live outdoor concert -- Rocky is always calm and well behaved regardless of what is going on around him. He is a living example of the results I achieve using my positive, one on one training methods.
I believe an owner should instill feelings of security and confidence in their dog starting at a very young age. This is achieved as a result of the bond they create and continue to intensify with their dog. This is important because a dog can react aggressively if they feel unsafe or insecure. It is my goal to help you to create and/or strengthen the bond between you and your dog. When you earn your dog's trust and provide them with positive, consistent training that gives them the desire to respect you, they will have an equal desire to make you happy.
I am an associate member of Therapy Dogs International (TDI). I have trained Rocky to be a truly certified therapy dog. He has developed a keen ability to identify when a person is feeling physically or mentally distressed, and will provide them with love and comfort to help them feel better. If you use loving, positive training techniques, combined with diligent repetition, dogs can learn some amazing skills.
